| Instead of doing lots of typing, did you know you can fill a series of cells based on just one manually entered cell? For example, if you write in a date, and take your mouse to the bottom right hand corner of the cell, (it should turn into a small plus sign) and RIGHT click, and drag down or across, you will get the option to fill the cells with the same date, or a series of dates (including or excluding weekends), or a series of months, or years, or … lots of other options. This will work with numbers too, and even words and numbers combined for example Team1, can fill down Team2, Team3 etc. |
