Clipboard memory knows what you just copied, and the thing before that as well…

I am generally not a fan of copying and pasting as it is usually an inefficient thing to do. But, sometimes it is helpful and if you are going to do it at least do it well. Did you know that everything you copy is stored on the clipboard memory? This means that you can copy several items, and then paste each of these items in turn. Or you can paste not-just-the-last-thing-that-you-copied. Which is super handy at times.

Windows Key.

To access the clipboard, click Windows key + v.

You can also access it by clicking on the expand arrow just below the Format Painter in the Clipboard Section on the Home Menu (on Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

You can then select which item from the clipboard memory you want to paste.

This is for Windows, not sure if there is a similar thing on macs.
