Top ten shortcut keys in Excel

Ctrl+; —Inserts today’s date.
Ctrl+Shift+:—Inserts the current time
Ctrl+0— Hides the current column.
Ctrl+9—Hides the current row.
Ctrl+`—That’s the accent mark, up by the 1 key. Toggles the view in the sheet to show all the formulas or cell values.
Ctrl+PageUp or PageDown—Moves to the next worksheet in the currently open workbook.
F2—Start editing the current selected cell.
Shift+F10—Opens the right-click menu for the cell you’re in.
Ctrl+End – Move to the bottom right hand cell within the work area of the current worksheet.
Ctrl + Up Arrow – move to top of current column, or first gap in the data. Ctrl + Down Arrow – move to last cell in column, or first gap in the data
